Jacco Aartsen Tuijn

Founder and owner

With a long career as key account manager, sales manager and sales trainer, Jacco knows better than anyone else what it is that moves a candidate to work in sales. He perceives the needs of sales professionals and for years has been guiding them in developing their skills. The SalesRESPECT® method that he developed teaches people and organisations to sell proven added value. In addition to training and coaching, Jacco helps to optimise sales processes. Improving processes goes hand-in-hand with acquiring skills and achieving behavioural change. Jacco gained his experience within corporate and SME+ companies. In addition to being the founder of SalesRESPECT®, Jacco is also an ABNLP certified NLP trainer and co-owner of SalesSCOUTS.

Ben Poelman

Partner and owner

Ben has more than 25 years of experience in various sales positions. Ben graduated from the Hoge Hotelschool in Scheveningen (the Netherlands), which is the school for Hospitality Management. This training provided the basis for a career in sales and change management. Ben has filled various commercial roles in the banking sector, both on the private and the business side. He also has experience in the services industry and wholesale trade. Ben can inspire and motivate and works on the basis of trust. His winner’s mentality and experiences in change management ensure that Ben can make an impact when it comes to culture, mindset and attitude.

Geert van Hout

Partner and owner

Geert has more than 20 years of experience in various sales positions in commercial property and document management. He has worked as a commercial property agent and has filled various sales positions at Océ/Canon for 15 years. The printing business is known as one of the most competitive markets. Geert’s drive and infectious enthusiasm makes him a valued and result-oriented sales trainer. His expertise lies in the area of Sales Skills, Mindset, Coaching, European Tenders and Social Selling.

Nineke Aartsen Tuijn

Office Manager

Nineke has more than 20 years of experience in secretarial services and office management and is a real spider in the web. Nineke arranges everything necessary to ensure that our training courses meet our high quality standard in all respects. Nineke’s organisational talent is crucial for the training to run smoothly and organised.
