Looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented trainer/coach? In 2019 I started as a trainer/coach after having gained over 20 years of experience in various positions at RSP Real Estate, Océ, Canon and others. What drives me is helping and making people and teams better. I do this with great enthusiasm, humor and energy. I was born (1976) and raised in Brabant. What gives me energy are my family, my dog, travelling, nature, skiing, golf and watching sports (soccer and formula 1).

Ben Poelman

Owner I Master Trainer I Coach

Ben has more than 25 years of experience in various sales positions. Ben graduated from the Hoge Hotelschool in Scheveningen (the Netherlands), which is the school for Hospitality Management. This training provided the basis for a career in sales and change management. Ben has filled various commercial roles in the banking sector, both on the private and the business side. He also has experience in the services industry and wholesale trade. Ben can inspire and motivate and works on the basis of trust. His winner’s mentality and experiences in change management ensure that Ben can make an impact when it comes to culture, mindset and attitude.

Jacco Aartsen Tuijn

In Memoriam

On 1 August 2024, our founder, former owner and colleague, Jacco Aartsen Tuijn, passed away. 

After a career in sales, sales management and sales training within Océ, among others, Jacco decided to continue his professional life as an independent entrepreneur and sales trainer in 2006. First under the name Outwise, then under his own name and later under the name SalesRESPECT.

In the years since, Jacco has very successfully put SalesRESPECT on the map, both nationally and internationally, and many sales professionals have made great strides in their development based on the methodology developed by Jacco.

We got to know Jacco as a gifted trainer, ambitious entrepreneur and a very nice person. We regularly have contact with former participants, who indicate that Jacco’s trainings were ‘life changing’, supported with comments like ‘I still use it every day’.
